The scope of business in this area involves door-to-door forwarding, sea and land transportation of project cargoes. 

PLSB was officially appointed as one of the goverment Multimodal Transport Operators ( MTO ) in April 2000 with approved licences in forwarding, shipping, warehousing and other licenses to comply with the government requirements.
