2001 by the Minister of Transport of
Malaysia on August 13, 2001 in an event
organised by the Chartered Institute of
Transport (Malaysian National Council).
HMB was selected from a list of nominated

judged by an independent panel of judges
headed by the
Secretary General
of the Ministry of Transport.
